TERMS & CONDITIONS

Use of the facilities is subject to acceptance of the following terms:

  1. Working in the space is autonomous. The work in the space is independent and must be carried out in the form of an induction or a course before the first work is carried out. Staff are available for 30€/h if required.

  2. Unless otherwise agreed, working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm.

  3. No outside persons are allowed to enter the premises and the key must not be handed over to third parties.

  4. Everyone is responsible for their own work and insures their own activities against accidents. The Fish Harbour Shipyard is not liable for any damage caused to the work.

  5. Everyone is responsible for the equipment they use (e.g. screens, printing tables, lighting equipment, etc.), any breach of these will result in the obligation to purchase/repair new equipment (normal wear and tear not included). Broken equipment should be reported to staff immediately.

  6. All equipment used must be recorded on the form provided.

  7. The maximum rental period for sieves is two weeks. After working and printing, the sieve must be thoroughly washed. Cleaning by the serum supplier 30€/h (minimum).

  8. Uncancelled reservations will be charged at the full price if not made 7 days before the date booked.

  9. The equipment must be cleaned and the traces must be tidied up at the end of the work. Cleaning/cleaning by the workshop 30€/h (minimum).

  10. At the end of the day or the next morning, empty the trays from the drying rack by 9.30 a.m. at the latest. The drawings may be stored on the premises in the box provided for them only during the work.

  11. On leaving the premises, ensure that electrical appliances (including the lighting room) are switched off, water equipment is turned off (including the pressure washer and tap) and the key is returned.
